Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments, with 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role. Fluency in English and Spanish languages is required, along with in-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions, and familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

The Regional Manager will oversee capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment; provide detailed reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning; monitor and ensure the achievement of regional goals and OKRs; oversee the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers; conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Team Leaders; address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions; and assist with compliance and risk management activities related to day-to-day operations.
